These terms govern the use of VisaScreen. By using the service, law firms agree to these terms in full.

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for VisaScreen, law firms agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VisaScreen provides an embeddable visa eligibility screening widget for UK immigration law firms. The widget allows website visitors to answer questions about their visa situation and receive a general eligibility indication.

We provide the software platform. Law firms are responsible for how they use the leads generated.

3. Important Disclaimer - Not Legal Advice

VisaScreen is a screening tool only. It does not provide legal advice. Eligibility indications are based on general rules and do not account for individual circumstances, evidence quality, or Home Office discretion.

Law firms must ensure their use of VisaScreen complies with SRA and OISC regulations. Firms must display appropriate disclaimers to visitors and must not represent VisaScreen results as legal advice.

Vistro Labs accepts no liability for visa application outcomes based on VisaScreen eligibility indications.

4. Account Registration

Firms must provide accurate information at signup. One account is permitted per firm. Firms are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Users must be aged 18 or over and authorised to act for the relevant law firm.

5. Subscription and Billing

VisaScreen is billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. The service includes a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required for the trial period. After trial, payment is required to continue using the service.

Founding member rate: £49/month (locked for the lifetime of the account).
Standard rate: £79/month.
Annual plan: £790/year.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing. We do not store card details.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Firms may cancel anytime from the billing dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Annual plans are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Please contact us to request this.

On cancellation, data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.

7. Acceptable Use

Law firms must not:

- Use VisaScreen for any illegal purpose
- Misrepresent eligibility results to visitors
- Present results as legal advice
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
- Share account access with other firms
- Use the platform to collect data for any purpose other than their own lead generation
- Embed the widget on websites unrelated to immigration legal services

8. Intellectual Property

VisaScreen, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Vistro Labs. Law firms retain ownership of their lead data.

We grant firms a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform while their subscription is active.

9. Data and Privacy

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. For visitor lead data, VisaScreen acts as a data processor and law firms act as data controllers.

Law firms must maintain their own GDPR-compliant privacy policy covering visitor data collected via VisaScreen.

10. Uptime and Availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or temporary unavailability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Vistro Labs is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss.

Our total liability is limited to subscription fees paid by the firm in the previous 3 months.

We are not liable for visa application outcomes or for leads that do not convert.

12. Indemnification

Law firms agree to indemnify Vistro Labs against claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from misuse of the platform or misrepresentation of eligibility results to visitors.

13. Changes to Service

We may update platform features with reasonable notice. Material changes to pricing will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.

We may discontinue the service with at least 60 days' notice.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay after any applicable grace period, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Firms may terminate their account at any time via the billing dashboard.
